Account Manager

You will own a portfolio of operator partners and be accountable for what those accounts are worth: revenue growth, not relationship maintenance.

THE COMPANY

Torpedo Entertainment is a B2B iGaming technology group. We supply online casino and sportsbook operators with a player account management platform, a games aggregation layer carrying more than 7,500 titles from over 100 studios through a single API integration, sportsbook, turnkey casino and managed services, alongside content from our own game studio.

Our model is aggregation-first and studio-neutral: operators connect once and reach the whole catalogue. We hold several gaming licences and supply operators across regulated and emerging markets worldwide. We are a little over one hundred people across five offices, privately held, and small enough that individual hires visibly change the trajectory of the business.

Our operators do not churn because the technology stopped working. They churn because nobody was paying attention to their numbers. This role exists to make sure somebody is.

THE ROLE

You will own a portfolio of operator partners and be accountable for what those accounts are worth. That means revenue growth, not relationship maintenance. In an aggregation business the account manager sits at the exact point where content, data and commercial judgement meet: which games are in front of which players, in which markets, on what promotion, at what margin.

You will report to the Head of Commercial, working alongside four sellers covering English, Russian, Spanish and Mandarin-speaking markets and a Technical Account Manager who owns the integration and support side of the same partners. The commercial line is small and visible: your portfolio's performance is discussed at Executive Committee.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Account performance

  • A defined portfolio of operator accounts and the revenue those accounts generate, with a growth target attached.
  • Weekly and monthly performance analysis: gross gaming revenue, bet count, unique players, average bet, game-level revenue and margin. You should be the person in the room who noticed a trend before the operator did.
  • Quarterly business reviews with each partner, prepared, evidenced and forward-looking, not a slide of last quarter's numbers read aloud.
  • Retention and renewal, including the commercial conversation when terms come up.

Content and positioning

  • Game positioning within each operator's lobby: what gets featured, what launches when, and what should be pulled. Small placement changes move real revenue.
  • The release roadmap: making sure new titles from our 100+ studio partners land with the operators most likely to monetise them, with the right supporting material.
  • Market-specific release recommendations: what performs in CIS, Latin America, Asia and Europe, and why.
  • Feeding operator feedback back to the Head of Commercial so that supplier and content acquisition decisions are made on evidence.

Promotions and campaigns

  • Building and running the promotional calendar with each partner: tournaments, network campaigns, free rounds, prize drops and seasonal activity.
  • Securing studio-funded promotional support and making sure it is used for best ROI.
  • Post-campaign analysis with a clear read on uplift, cost and whether we would run it again.

Growth and commercial

  • Identifying and closing upsell: additional verticals, additional studios, platform modules, sportsbook and managed services.
  • Working with the Technical Account Manager on anything that blocks revenue, a slow integration, a misconfigured wallet, a missing feature, and escalating it properly.
  • Keeping client forecasts and performance up-to-date and accurate. A pipeline you cannot see is a pipeline that does not exist.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Essential

  • Three years or more in account management, partner management or commercial roles within iGaming, with direct responsibility for revenue performance.
  • Experience inside a game studio or a game aggregator is a very significant advantage and is what we will look for first. Understanding how content is supplied, positioned and settled sets this role apart from generic account management.
  • Strong commercial numeracy. You must be genuinely comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a BI dashboard, and able to build an argument out of what you find there.
  • Real understanding of casino content and player behaviour: volatility, RTP, feature mechanics, session behaviour and why one title works in one market and dies in another.
  • Confidence running a business review with senior operator stakeholders, including a difficult one.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Cyprus, with the right to work there or eligibility to obtain it.
  • Fluent English.

Advantageous

  • Experience of the aggregation model specifically: studio onboarding, catalogue economics and settlement.
  • Familiarity with PAM back office, CRM tooling and BI platforms.
  • Additional languages, particularly Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin.
  • Exposure to regulated market requirements and how they constrain content and promotions.
  • A network of existing operator relationships.

HOW WE WILL MEASURE YOU

  • Revenue growth across your portfolio, and net revenue retention.
  • Margin, not just volume.
  • Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts.
  • Game launch adoption: how much of the new catalogue actually goes live in your accounts.
  • Campaign return, and the proportion of available studio promotional funding you convert.
  • Partner satisfaction and renewal.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A competitive base with a performance bonus tied to portfolio revenue.
  • Hybrid working from Cyprus, with relocation support where relevant.
  • Direct exposure to the Head of Commercial and, through portfolio reviews, to the Executive Committee. This is a visible role in a small business.
  • Travel to industry events and operator sites: SiGMA, SBC, ICE and regional shows.
  • A clear route forward into senior account management, key account leadership or sales.
  • Private health cover, learning budget and the tooling to do the job properly.
